Fleets and partners relied on separate systems to manage fleets, cards, user accounts & other services. This created friction, slowed onboarding, whole platform, and made it difficult to maintain a unified brand and user experience across countries and partner ecosystems

Methodology

The project followed a product-driven and collaborative process:

Discovery & Research - analyzed present onboarding, user personas, and workflows across fleets and Eurowag services alongside with OEM partners/User interviews.

Strategy & Wireframing - prepared clear structure, user flows for onboarding, partner portal and access levels for multi-tenant environments.

UX/UI Design - crafted a clean, modern interface with a tech-forward design by using scalable UI framework consistent with Eurowag’s evolving design language.

Validation - iterated through usability testing and business reviews before rollout.

Each phase focused on usability, consistency, scalability, and cross-market adaptability.

Solution

The result was a redesigned onboarding experience and a set of connected, customer-facing web applications:

Eurowag Office - the main platform where fleets manage fuel cards, payments, toll, users and other services now features a new, streamlined onboarding flow adopted across the entire Eurowag ecosystem.

OEM Partner Portal - a dedicated interface for brands like IVECO and Volvo to onboard and support their dealers through a consistent digital experience.

Additional work on EW Store, User Management, Policy Service, and Notification Service helped unify design patterns and improve usability across all domains.

All tools were built to be modular, intuitive, and scalable for future services and markets.
